Remark. For each paper, at least one author has to register and pay the LATIN 2020 registration fee by Friday, March 20, 2020. Moreover, an author cannot register for multiple papers. That is, each accepted paper must have its own registered presenter.
All cancellation and changes must be received by Friday, May 1, 2020.
25% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes by this date due to processing fees.
A small number of eligible students will be selected to receive support for attending the conference.
To encourage student attendance, LATIN 2020 may have funds that will provide on-site per diems to low-income students who wish to participate, but are unable to afford it.
Student requests for financial support are approved on a competitive basis, subject to the availability of funds.
Any undergraduate, MSc, or PhD student is eligible.
Interested students must apply by sending an email to us with a letter of motivation and a short CV, until March 29.
The title (subject field) of the email should be "[LATIN 2020] Student support".
We expect to announce the selected awardees by April 3.
We are receiving donations that will be entirely dedicated to provide financial support for low-income students who wish to participate in the event but are unable to afford it.
See our Catarse page and be a Latin's Godparent.
There will be an excursion on Wednesday 27 afternoon.
Details will be given close to the conference dates, but the idea is to visit some of São Paulo city's attractions.

The cost of the conference dinner (Thursday 28, evening) for each accompanying person is 250 BRL.

We are glad to announce that we will provide free professional childcare service for Latin 2020.
The childcare "Oficina Brincanto" provides a space for children from 0 to 10 years of age to play, and engage in cultural activities.
The professionally trained staff encourages free expression and exploration of multiple languages. In addition to providing stimulating children’s programs on-site, the Oficina Brincanto has workshops on music, circus, cuisine, gardening, body movement, visual arts, story telling, etc.
The Oficina Brincanto team is composed of pedagogical educators who guide the work of the other professionals who work with children.
If you will bring your kids and want to use this service, please let us know while filling the registration form (the link will be available soon).
Please do contact us in case you have any further questions.
